Terms & Conditions – Travigo

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Travigo mobile application and related services. By using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Maintain confidentiality of their account
  • Use the app for lawful purposes only
  • Follow all booking rules and guidelines

Booking Policies

Users can book:

  • Highway ShareRide
  • Rental services with driver
  • Package tour services

These services are provided by independent providers.

Travigo acts as a platform connecting users and service providers.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If the User cancels: The Booking Fee is non-refundable.

If the Provider fails to deliver service: The Booking Fee will be refunded to the User.

Balance payments should be made directly to the provider on the travel date. Providers may have their own refund policies.

Booking Fee refunds are reviewed and processed by Travigo within 7–14 working days.

Travigo is not liable for refunds unless explicitly stated.

Restricted Activities

Users must not:

  • Misuse or exploit the platform
  • Harass or abuse service providers
  • Create multiple fraudulent accounts
  • Hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the system

Liability & Disclaimer

Travigo is a booking platform and does not directly provide transportation or travel services.

Service providers are responsible for:

  • Service quality
  • Safety
  • Punctuality

Travigo is not liable for accidents, delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party providers.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Myanmar.
