How OTP Is Handled
OTP messages are processed through the secure third-party provider SMSPOH. This provider facilitates delivery and verification of OTP codes but does not store your personal data beyond verification requirements. If the user does not receive an OTP due to network limitations, they may request a manual verification code by contacting our support team. Manual Verification : Support staff may provide a manually generated OTP code after verifying the user’s identity.
